Do you find yourself experiencing a pattern of unwanted thoughts and fears which lead to you to engage in repetitive behaviors? You have tried to stop but are faced with the challenge of looming anxiety felt in your body?
OCD does not have to rule your life.
One thing is for sure: you’re ready for some relief. You’re ready to have some peace of mind. You’re ready to find joy in the day-to-day again. Most of all, you’re ready to overcome the intrusive thoughts. You’re ready for a new “normal,” and I can help you get there.
Ruminating about the situation over and over, until your brain figures out how you could have handled a situation better.
Constantly turning in assignments / work late because everything has to be "just right." Or re-arranging your wardrobe to a specific color scheme and color coordination because "it feels right."
Unable to feel ease until each ritual is complete. Or unable to relax because your environment is not clean enough.
You tend to wait till the last minute to turn in assignments / work because completing the tasks in steps is too hard to think about. It makes you feel overwhelmed, so you wait till the last minute.
The thoughts will not stop. In order to make the thoughts not come true you have to engage in a compulsive behavior. It's very time consuming and stops you from living life.
Your family does not know how to help. In fact, at times your family tells you to "get over it." Not knowing how hard it is to stop the thoughts and compulsions. Consequently, feeling alone, guilt and shame even when you haven’t done anything wrong.
My approach to helping you conquer OCD is simple. I use evidence base practices to help you cultivate strategies to confront your fears in a systematic manner. We will work together to target fears and help you develop a healthier perspective.
I will help you become aware of how symptoms of OCD manifest in your life, what type of OCD you have and how to sit with the discomfort without engaging in the compulsion. Over time you’ll learn how to confront your fears, your thoughts and approach situations differently and feel calmer. My goal for you is that you learn the skills necessary to eventually become your own therapist.
Strong then. Empowered now
Together, we can confront these challenges head-on. It's not about facing this alone.
OCD Therapy can help with:
ERP is the gold-standard treatment for OCD, but it can be challenging for parents. If your child has obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), you know that this condition affects not only your child but also your entire family.
Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD (ERP) does not have to be boring! In fact, I often will use a play-based approach to engage your child. Using play as medium to confront fears provides a unique opportunity to address these anxieties in a non-threatening environment.
If you’re living with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), you know how exhausting it can be to feel stuck in a cycle of unwanted thoughts, fears, or urges — and the rituals or mental routines you do to try to feel “just right” or reduce anxiety.
ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) is the gold standard treatment for OCD — and it's highly effective for adults. It helps you face your fears gradually, without giving in to compulsions, so you can reclaim control and start living more freely.
It is time to take back your life! OCD has caused significant distress and disruption in your life; my goal is to empower you through experience that you can cope with anxiety without engaging in compulsions or rituals.

ERP works best meeting a least once a week.
Generally, ERP treatment will proceed in an orderly sequence of stages. Once I have done a thorough assessment of the symptoms we will develop an exposure hierarchy. Working collaboratively once a week I will coach you through confronting fears gradually.
Yes, ERP works best when I assign you homework. What that looks like is I will challenge you to engage in the same exposure we practiced in session that day daily until we meet again the following week.
ERP can be conducted in an office setting, and through a HIPPA compliant telehealth platform.
ERP doesn’t just explore the why — it helps you break the cycle by changing your response to those thoughts. In ERP, you actively practice facing the things that trigger your anxiety, while learning how to resist compulsions in real time.
